Indian Festivals in March - The month of March is much awaited in Indian culture as people eagerly celebrates Holika Dahan and Holi with their near and dear ones. Apart from regular masik vrats like Durgaashtami and Shivratri, several other Indian festivals are celebrated in the vibrant month of March including Holi which falls on March 8. International Women's Day, and Parsi New Year are other prominent holidays which will be celebrated in the month of March (Phaguna - Chaitra).
